Enables Front Panel Programming
(FPP) on a radio-wide basis.
Once enabled, FPP may then be enabled or disabled on the per zone basis from the Zone Channel
Assignment FPP Enable field.
FPP is selected by the radio-user with the
Front Panel Programming menu-selection.
FPP is a Conventional
communications feature only.

The same Conventional Personality can be assigned to multiple channels (from the Channels Page), and those channels may be in FPP-enabled zones or non-FPP zones. Therefore, be aware that if a Personality is changed via FPP, those changes will affect all channels that reference that Personality, in both FPP-enabled zones and non-FPP zones. |
